Responsible Gambling — Stay in Control

Gambling should be entertainment, never a source of stress or financial hardship. Crazy Time is an exciting game, but it is still gambling — the house always has a mathematical edge, and no strategy can change that. This page provides resources to help you gamble safely or get help if gambling has become a problem.

If you are in crisis: If gambling is causing you immediate distress or you are considering self-harm, please contact your local emergency services or call a crisis helpline now. You are not alone and help is available.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling often develops gradually. Recognising the early signs is the first and most important step. If any of the following apply to you, it may be time to reassess your relationship with gambling:

  • Chasing losses — Increasing bets or playing longer to try to win back money you've lost
  • Betting beyond your means — Using money meant for rent, bills, food or other essentials to gamble
  • Lying about gambling — Hiding how much time or money you spend gambling from family, friends or partners
  • Neglecting responsibilities — Missing work, skipping social commitments, or ignoring family duties because of gambling
  • Borrowing to gamble — Taking loans, using credit cards, or borrowing from others to fund gambling
  • Mood dependence — Feeling restless, irritable or anxious when you're not gambling, or gambling to escape negative emotions
  • Increasing stakes — Needing to bet larger amounts to get the same excitement you used to feel
  • Failed attempts to stop — Wanting to cut back or stop but being unable to
  • Relationship strain — Arguments with loved ones about gambling, or feeling isolated because of it
  • Loss of interest — No longer enjoying hobbies, activities or socialising that don't involve gambling

Self-Assessment Questions

Answer these questions honestly. If you answer "yes" to two or more, consider reaching out to one of the support organisations listed below.

  1. Do you spend more time or money gambling than you originally intended?
  2. Have you tried to cut back on gambling but found it difficult?
  3. Do you feel restless or irritable when trying to stop or reduce gambling?
  4. Do you gamble to escape problems or relieve feelings of helplessness, guilt or depression?
  5. After losing money, do you often return another day to try to win it back?
  6. Do you lie to family members, friends or others to hide the extent of your gambling?
  7. Have you jeopardised or lost a significant relationship, job, or educational opportunity because of gambling?
  8. Do you rely on others to provide money to relieve a desperate financial situation caused by gambling?
  9. Do you feel the need to bet increasing amounts of money to achieve the desired excitement?
  10. Has gambling ever made you feel depressed or anxious, or contributed to thoughts of self-harm?

These questions are adapted from established screening tools used by professional gambling support services. They are not a clinical diagnosis — please consult a professional if you have concerns.

Setting Limits on Mostbet

Mostbet provides several tools to help you stay in control. We strongly recommend setting limits before you start playing and sticking to them, no matter what happens during your session.

Deposit Limits

Control how much money you can add to your account over a given period:

  1. Log in to your Mostbet account and navigate to Account Settings
  2. Select Responsible Gambling or Limits from the menu
  3. Choose Deposit Limit and set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum
  4. Confirm the limit — decreases take effect immediately; increases have a cooling-off period

Loss Limits

Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Once you reach this limit, you will be unable to place further bets until the period resets:

  1. Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gambling
  2. Select Loss Limit
  3. Set your daily, weekly or monthly loss cap
  4. Confirm — the limit will prevent further wagering once reached

Session Time Limits

Limit how long you can play in a single session. This is especially important for live game shows like Crazy Time, where the fast pace can make time fly:

  1. Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gambling
  2. Select Session Time Limit or Reality Check
  3. Choose your preferred maximum session length (e.g. 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours)
  4. You will receive a notification when the time is reached, with the option to log out

Recommended Approach

Before every Crazy Time session, decide in advance:

  • How much you can afford to lose (not win — lose)
  • How long you want to play
  • When to stop — set a win target too, and walk away when you reach it

Write these numbers down. Stick to them. When you hit a limit, close the game. No exceptions.

Self-Exclusion on Mostbet

If you need a break or want to stop gambling entirely, Mostbet offers self-exclusion. This is the strongest tool available and should be used if other limits aren't enough.

How to Self-Exclude

  1. Log in and go to Account Settings > Responsible Gambling
  2. Select Self-Exclusion
  3. Choose a period: 6 months, 1 year, or permanent
  4. Confirm your decision — your account will be immediately locked
  5. During self-exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets

Important: Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. This is by design. If you selected permanent exclusion, it is permanent. Take this step seriously, but don't hesitate if you need it.

Taking a Temporary Break

If you don't want a full self-exclusion but need a pause:

  • Use the Time Out feature (24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days)
  • During a time out, your account is temporarily suspended
  • This is a good option if you just need to step back and reassess

For Friends & Family

If someone you care about has a gambling problem, you are not powerless. Here's what you can do:

  • Educate yourself — understanding problem gambling helps you respond with empathy rather than frustration
  • Talk openly — express your concern calmly and without judgement, focusing on specific behaviours rather than character
  • Set boundaries — you can support someone without enabling their gambling; don't lend money or cover their debts
  • Seek your own support — organisations like GamCare and Gambling Therapy offer dedicated support for family members and partners
  • Don't take it personally — problem gambling is a behavioural addiction, not a reflection of how much someone cares about you

Our Commitment

At Mostbet Crazy Time Guide, responsible gambling is not an afterthought. It is embedded in everything we publish:

  • Every content page includes responsible gambling messaging
  • We never promise winning strategies or guaranteed profits
  • We always link to support organisations
  • We encourage limit-setting and bankroll management in all our guides
  • This page contains no affiliate links or calls to action for gambling products

Gambling should be fun. The moment it stops being fun, it's time to stop.
